Junior Marketing Associate

Title: Junior Marketing Associate

Location: Albany, NY

Begin an Exciting Career

We are seeking a Junior Marketing Associate to join our team providing marketing, design, and consulting services to small to large companies in the Capital & Hudson Valley Regions of New York State. This position will work closely with various departments to identify and develop new streams of revenue for our company through outreach, networking, promotion, and innovative tactics. The Junior Marketing Associate will create and execute campaigns on behalf of our clients and work closely with them to establish goals and measurable results.

We are looking for both industry professionals and entry level marketing associates.

Major Responsibilities

  • Implementation of marketing plans, including product positioning, campaign strategies, and market strategy insights.
  • Discovery of strategic business opportunities through innovative tactics.
  • Developing marketing plans for clients and executing these initiatives.
  • Provide support to the Director of New Business and Client Success Manager.
  • Responsible for branding, advertising, company events and promotional collateral.
  • Identifying and on-boarding of new clients and project opportunities.

The Position

We are seeking a Client Success Manager to join our team providing marketing, design, and consulting services to small to large companies in the Capital & Hudson Valley Regions of New York State. This position will work closely with our CEO & Director of New Business to establish relationships with clients and manage the execution of their projects and satisfaction with the brand. The Client Success Manager will oversee all aspects of client relations to ensure we are exceeding expectations and providing a product that is consistent with our company mission, vision, and values.  

Major Responsibilities

  • Implementation of marketing plans, including product positioning, campaign strategies, and market strategy insights.
  • Schedule, prepare, and attend weekly phone conferences with clients.
  • Schedule, prepare, and attend monthly face-to-face meetings with clients.
  • Provide recommendations to adjust client initiatives to ensure project success.
  • Make spot decisions that correct any client issues/concerns.
  • Discovery of strategic business opportunities through innovative tactics.
  • Developing marketing plans for clients and executing these initiatives.
  • Responsible for branding, advertising, company events and promotional collateral.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communication, or other-related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in client relations or account management.

Title: Director of New Business

We are seeking a Director of New Business to join our executive team and help move Tipsy Social forward. This position requires someone with excellent interpersonal skills, a strong personality, and the ability to make and retain relationships with people. This is an executive position on our team and as such requires someone with experience working alongside and with c-level staff.

Major Responsibilities

  • Develop, coordinate, and implement marketing plans to meet company growth objectives.
  • Attend meetings to present marketing proposal to current and potential clients.
  • Manage the marketing process and establish relationships with current and new clients.
  • Research new clients and negotiate contracts.
  • Work closely with the CEO to ensure cohesion with overall company goals.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or other-related field.
  • 2+ years of experience providing similar responsibilities.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding growth objectives.
