We are looking for an epic creative to join our tight-knit team of Marketing Mixologists™ as our In-House Graphic Designer! We’re all about harmonious relationships and are seeking an individual who loves to think outside the box and deliver stellar creative that perfectly meshes strategy and aesthetic. The graphic designer will assist on internal projects, but their primary focus will be on developing creative, eye-catching designs for our growing portfolio of clients.
As a Marketing Mixologist™, the graphic designer will work closely with the greater Tipsy Social team to understand our entire creative marketing process. They’ll integrate into every aspect of our client projects from pitching ideas, brainstorming creative concepts, and celebrating campaign launches.
Like each day, no two projects will ever be the same! The graphic designer will have opportunities to expand their knowledge, explore all areas of the marketing process, and grow as part of a bad*ss agency taking the Hudson Valley by storm!
Things you might be responsible for…
- Designing epic brand identities to help generate brand recognition and differentiate our clients from the competition.
- Pitching creative concepts that work to further brand awareness and drive home key messaging.
- Taking a creative eye to challenges our clients may have and designing solutions that fix them.
- Designing creative assets for commercial client campaigns, social media, special events, websites, emails, paid advertisements, and other digital marketing mediums.
- Designing website wireframes, mockups, and front-end website development.
You should possess…
- A strong understanding of current design trends.
- Expert-level knowledge of design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
- A keen eye for detail!!!
- A solution-focused, “can do” attitude.
- Excellent communication skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- The willingness to accept feedback and positively implement constructive criticism.
- A Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, art, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of commercial graphic design experience with a strong portfolio.
- Experience with WordPress website design.
- Experience working in an agency setting is a plus.
- An eager willingness to work a regular schedule (Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm) at Tipsy Social HQ in Fishkill, New York.

Salary: $45,000 per year
